A little about me…

I am committed to my clients and truly feel honored to be an advocate on this journey.  Being part of the purchase or sale of someone’s home is something I don’t take lightly.  As one of the largest financial and emotional undertakings I am devoted to my clients throughout the whole process.  

I pride myself in my communication and availability.  I will never hand you off to an assistant, or a transaction coordinator to do my job; I will always be there for you. As a referral-based business, I value that personal connection with each client.  I prefer to do less deals so that I can provide a better service. You’re not a lead, or just another deal, you are someone making a huge decision, and one that deserves an agent’s unwavering support and attention. I will give you this.

With a masters in psychology I have the education and the innate ability to negotiate and mitigate problems if and when they arise.  I study market trends and tour as many properties as possible to stay up-to-date and understand the current market.

I work tirelessly to serve my client’s needs and desires as well as keeping them grounded throughout the process.  My quality over quantity approach is vital in this competitive market. I am a trusted adviser, an expert negotiator, and a clear communicator. 

As a longterm Boulder County resident my family and I are committed to the local community. We own a 9 acre farm in Niwot where we raise goats, chickens, grow a large organic garden, work with 4-H students and run an early childhood summer camp. I am also a performing musician who has played in bands around the front range for years. I volunteer at the local assisted living bringing much joy to the elderly community with my music. Maybe you will catch me at a show!
